WSI TPBU’s Total Turnkey Solutions for Industies and Infrastructure Projects
WSI TPBU – Turnkey Projects Business Unit undertakes all-inclusive Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HV & EHV Substations and Transmission lines upto 765kV Voltage level in T & D domain on total turnkey basis including system civil Works.
Also, expertise includes Network Quality regulation projects, e BOP, Rural Electrifications, R APDRP, Renewables, RDSS, Electrical Packages for Industries, and Infrastructure projects on total turnkey basis.
Our Process
In WSI TPBU, we are following the Project Management process strictly as per PMBOK and I2P2M Guidelines.
Totality of Project Management which has exhaustive coverage of entire PM process from concept to closeout across eight project life cycle phases conceptualize, Plan, Organize, Implement, Control, Integrate, Deliver and Closeout in line with NITI Aayog’s recommendations for PM Curriculum.
The processes are Project Initiation, Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Monitoring and Control and Project Closeout.
